Your Removal Booking Confirmation Explained
Thank you for making a booking with us. Please go through this booking confirmation and let us know if there are any discrepancies. Please ensure to check your addresses and contact details. And just remember, removal service normally includes just loading and off-loading the stuff. So, if you are looking for extra services like packing, packing materials, dismantling and reassembling, please make sure you contact us for a quote.

Our Jargon:
Removal normally means loading, moving and unloading the contents.
Loading is taking the contents out of the property and putting them into the vehicle.
Unloading is the complete opposite of loading i.e. taking the items out of the vehicle and putting them into your new property.
Packing will mean coming, wrapping the items and putting them into boxes.
We can also Unpack the boxes for you, where we will be taking the items out of the boxes and placing them into your property.
Dismantling means taking furniture apart for transportation.
Reassembling will mean putting the furniture back together at your new property.
Parking:
Now that you are booked, please ensure that we can park near your property on the day.
Please contact your local council to reserve a space for us if need be. Just remember a van or a truck will be longer and higher than the regular car, so the parking space must be appropriate. Once you’ve arranged the parking, just let us know and we’ll see you on the day.
Packing & Packing Materials:
Packing is an essential part of moving. If you need assistance with packing, we offer packing services as well. You can just either order materials with us and get them delivered to your doorstep or we can come and pack for you.
If you choose us to assist you with packing, we would normally recommend doing the packing a day or two before the move so everything is ready to go the removal day.

In some areas of the country, especially with long distance moves, we may not always be able to assist with the packing, but we shall still try our best, or the price may change a bit for us to come and pack the contents for you.
